If you wish to cancel your annual license, you must do so directly in the app store where you purchased the license. Unfortunately, we do not have access to this data.
If the purchase was not paid via an AppStore, but directly via PayPal, no cancellation is necessary, as the contract ends automatically after 12 months and must be actively renewed by you.
We regret that we apparently could not meet your requirements and would be pleased if you would give us another chance to convince you at a later date.
