Data Protection Basics
This privacy policy is intended to inform the users of this website and the software/app about the nature, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by the website operator Indoor Training UG.
The website/app/software operator takes your privacy very seriously and treats your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory provisions. As new technologies and the constant further development of this website may result in changes to this data protection declaration, we recommend that you review the privacy policy regularly.
Definitions of the terms used (e.g. “personal data” or “processing”) can be found in Art. 4 GDPR.
Access Data
We, the website/app/software operator or page provider, collect data about accesses to the website based on our legitimate interest (see Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR) and store it as “server log files” on the website server. We use the industry-standard format “Apache Combined Log Format”. The following data is logged:
- Visited site
- Request line
- Status code
- Time of access
- Amount of data sent in bytes
- Source/Reference from which you came to the page
- Browser used
- Operating system used
- IP address used (anonymised)
- Remote user information if logged into our website using HTTP basic authentication
The data is stored for security reasons, for example, to clarify cases of abuse. If data has to be kept for evidential reasons, it is excluded from deletion until the incident has been resolved.
Cookie Banner
To manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and related consents, we use the consent tool “Real Cookie Banner”. Details on how “Real Cookie Banner” works can be found at https://devowl.io/knowledge-base/real-cookie-banner-data-processing/.
Legal bases for the processing of personal data in this context are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to manage the cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents.
The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obligated to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal information, we will not be able to manage your consents.
Reach Measurement & Cookies
The website/software/app uses cookies for pseudonymised reach measurement, which are transmitted to the user’s browser either by our server or the server of a third party. Cookies are small files that are stored on your device. Your browser accesses these files. The use of cookies increases the usability and security of this website/software/app.
If you do not want cookies for range measurement to be stored on your device, you can opt out of the use of these files here:

Most browsers allow you to disable cookies in their settings. Please note: Disabling cookies may prevent you from accessing all features of this website.
Collection and Processing of Personal Data
The website/app/software operator only collects, uses and discloses your personal data if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the data collection.
Personal data is all information that is used to identify your person and which can be traced back to you – for example your name, email address and telephone number.
You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. In order to improve our online offer, however, we save your access data to this website (without personal reference). This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. Due to the anonymisation of the data, it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person.
- We process personal data such as first name, last name, IP address, e-mail address, place of residence, postal code and content information from the contact form.
- We only process personal data with the express permission of the user concerned and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
- The processing of personal data takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest in fulfilling our contractually agreed services and optimizing our online offer.
Handling of Contact Information
If you contact us as the website/app/software operator using the contact options provided, your information will be stored so that we can process and respond to your inquiry. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Handling of Comments and Posts
If you leave a post or comment on this website, your IP address will be saved. This is done based on our legitimate interests under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR and serves to protect us as the website operator: If your comment violates applicable law, we could be prosecuted, which is why we have an interest in identifying the comment or post author.
Google Analytics
Based on our legitimate interests under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR, this website uses the “Google Analytics” service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to optimise and analyse our online presence. The service (Google Analytics) uses “cookies” – text files that are stored on your device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google LLC complies with European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement: https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active
IP anonymisation is active on this website. The user’s IP address is shortened within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in other contracting states of the agreement. Only in individual cases will the full IP address first be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This shortening eliminates the personal reference to your IP address. The user’s IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.
Under the terms of the Data Processing Agreement that we as website/app/software operator have concluded with Google Inc., Google uses the information collected to create an evaluation of website usage and website activity and provides services related to internet usage.
The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to evaluate the use of our online presence by individual users, for example, to create reports on activity on the website/software/app in order to improve our online presence.
You have the option of preventing the storage of cookies on your device by making the appropriate settings in your browser. There is no guarantee that you will be able to access all functions of this website without restrictions if your browser does not accept cookies.
You can also use a browser plugin to prevent the information collected by cookies (including your IP address) from being sent to and used by Google Inc. The following link takes you to the corresponding plugin: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en
Furthermore, we have activated Google Signals in Google Analytics. This allows us to receive aggregated and anonymised data – if you have allowed personalised ads in your Google account.

User Rights
As a user, you have the right to request free information about what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to have inaccurate data corrected and the processing of your personal data restricted or deleted. If applicable, you can also exercise your right to data portability. Deletion of Data
If your request does not conflict with a legal obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no statutory retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Users of this website can exercise their right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time.
